YOUNIQ-Living means commission-free rent and benefiting from various extras which will make your everyday life more convenient. For example, there is a fitness room for your daily work-out at almost all properties and you can cost-effectively take care of your laundry in our Washing Lounge; moreover, the Scout-on-Site service offers you assistance and is always available for you in case of questions and problems.
In order to be able to offer these features at a consistently high level, we charge a one-off admission fee of EUR 480.00 upon the handover of the apartment.
Affordable all-in rent
A fixed price and, hence, absolute cost control.
All-In:
- Rent and all utilities and common charges, such as heating, power and water, etc.
- High-speed internet with unlimited downloading capacity
- Use of all community areas and services

One-room apartments developed specifically in accordance with the students’ wishes, including:
- Large desk, bed, built-in cabinets and shelves
- Practical, modern kitchen with a ceramic or induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator and sink
- Designer bathroom with shower, WC, large washbasin and mirror
- As well as numerous small details which will make your life easier.

- All properties in central locations near the university and with optimum public transport connections
